When you become a PDX-Express franchisee, you will be invited to the PDX-Express Support Centre for three days of in-depth training. Don’t worry if you don’t have any previous carrier industry experience – everyone starts at the same level.
What does the training involve?
The training involves showing you how to find and manage your business customers, helping you understand the carrier industry and teaching you our online systems.
You will then be appointed a dedicated mentor from our franchise development team, who will visit you several times throughout the year to guide and assist you.
You will also be invited to regular training updates and PDX-Express conferences throughout the year to help you become an even better franchise business owner.
Our customer service team
You will be supported by our Customer Service team, who have years of industry expertise to assist you and your customers as often as necessary.
We have a fully centralised billing system, so there is no need to worry about invoicing your customers and collecting payments. Our experienced Account Department take care of that for you, so you can focus on providing PDX-Express products and services and building relationships with your customers.
